Terms and Conditions:

In these terms and conditions, the ‘Company or  ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Ureshii Shop ( Palisade Vins ( Asia ) Limited ) and the ‘Customer’ or ‘you means any person, firm, company, corporation or body which places an order with the Company.

These Terms apply to your browsing and use of this website and the purchase of goods or services from Ureshii Shop ( Palisade Vins ( Asia ) Limited (“The Company”) ) through this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions.

Sale of Alcoholic Drinks:

It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no other person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above must show his/her identification to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

Terms of Sale :

1.By placing an order you are offering to purchase a Production and subject to the Terms of Services.  

2. All orders placed by you are subject to availability of the Products and final confirmation of the Company. 

3. When you place your order, the Company will confirm the details of your order and the availability of the ordered Products. We will then issue an invoice to you for payment. Once invoice sent to you, it means that the Product details and quantity ordered meet customer’s requirement.

4. The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details, sizes of Product on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to the company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

5. The Company shall make every effort to ensure Products displayed on the Website are in stock. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the Products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that our Company is unable to fulfill any of the Products or services in your order, our Company will notify you by phone or email. 

6. All product photos and images displayed on this website are for customers’ reference only, and may be different from the real product in regards to the actual size, and color of the product.

Privacy Policy

The Company takes steps to protect your privacy. The data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or sending you the newsletter. We will never disclose your personal information to any other parties without your consent. Your credit card information is not retained and is completely removed from our system after your order is processed or canceled.

We endeavor to ensure that all our collection, transmission, storage, and usage of personal data shall be carried out in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486 of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("PDPO").

The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, our determination shall be final.
